Upload Graphic:
In order to avoid a design recreation fee of at least $30.00, please submit a sharp image. A sample of a sharp graphic design can be found above the form on this page. JPG is the most common graphic file of choice, however, we accept but are not limited to each of the following formats: bmp, cdr, cpt, eps, gif, pcx, pct, pict, tif or wmf.
Embroidery Format:

Select your embroidery machine format (See Table Below for Embroidery Machine Formats) you may select multiple formats if you desire.
Fabric Weight::
Choose a fabric type/weight: if not specified, a medium weight woven fabric will be selected during the creation of the digitized design.
